Human Resources Specialist
Adrian Risso-Gill, BSc, FCMC
As a Change Management Consultant with IBM, Adrian worked on over 100 change management
projects in both public and private sector organisations. He specialises in Human Resources,
with a particular interest in SMEs. He has carried out a number of HR audits and staff surveys,
and has also developed and delivered a number of bespoke Management Development programmes.
In a recent year-long assignment with a small local government organisation, he carried out
HR surveys and set up a HR unit. He also led them into the local government Equality Standard.
Adrian is a qualified Workplace Mediator and a trained counsellor. He has been an Investors
in People Advisor and works with a client-focused model of consultancy.
