After a career in banking spanning 22 years, most of which were spent in a lending
environment working with businesses of all sizes, Richard moved to work with small-to-
medium-sized companies as a generalist Business Adviser focusing on financial management
and business performance.
He regularly presents on both raising finance and financial
management covering key areas such as what is needed to become "finance ready" and how to
set up systems to be able to monitor your business performance effectively in less than an
hour a month.
